We take part in a European food-waste reduction programme in collaboration with Hybrid Consultec. This helps us improve the way we manage buffets, portion sizes, and daily operations so we can minimise waste without compromising on quality.

 

To encourage responsible dining, we display simple reminders in our restaurants, such as:

• “The buffet is endless, respect for food is priceless.”

• “Less waste, more future — you can always go back for more.”

 

These messages appear in both English and Greek.
